Mat Reset is for people who regularly use yoga mats, stretching mats, or home workout mats and want to stop guessing which cleaning routine actually works. It is not a fitness planner, calorie tracker, social challenge app, or health integration.

Mat Profiles

Keep mats with type, material, texture, thickness, use tags, floor tag, notes, and optional local photos.

Cleanings

Record cleaner, method, rinse use, dry time, visible dirt, odor, slip before cleaning, notes, and photos.

Check-ins

After workouts, quickly track slip, odor, residue, grip confidence, comfort, sweat level, and issue tags.

See whether each mat is Fresh, Stable, Watch soon, or Needs cleaning based on real history.

  • Add one or more mat profiles.
  • Create cleaning methods such as spray, wipe, rinse, towel, drying setup, and cleaner notes.
  • Log each cleaning session as the baseline for future check-ins.
  • After workouts, add short check-ins linked to the latest cleaning session.

  • Track how many workouts or days a cleaning method holds before problems return.
  • Separate baseline-free observations from method analytics.

  • Cleanings is the session journal with method details and follow-up timeline.

Lab and settings

  • Lab manages mats and cleaning methods and compares how methods perform.
  • Settings controls theme, archived mats, export, import, sample data, and wipe all data.
  • All data is local with UserDefaults + Codable, and optional photos are stored as local file paths.
